Morrison Water Services are recruiting for an Administrator to work on our Thames Water Metering contract in Langley, Slough.
As the Administrator you will be part of our Contract Support Team who are responsible for administrational duties for our contract.
As the Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring that packs are printed and are 2 weeks ahead at all times. You will ensure the job tracker is kept up to date. You will be polite, friendly and professional at all times. You must be great at creating excellent working relationships with all clients, customers and stakeholders. You will need to ensure the office is clean and tidy at all times, and adheres to Health and Safety regulations.
You will adopt a collaborative and open approach to colleagues and clients. You will ensure key risks and issues are escalated immediately. You will have excellent prioritisation & time management skills; responding to urgent issues that may arise and dealing with them promptly and safely
