Shifts:
Days 8.00am - 2.00Pm / 2.00pm - 8.00am
Nights 8.00pm - 8.00am

Pay rate £14.57 - £15.69 (including uncapped holiday pay)

Are you looking to expand your skills and enhance your career to include providing Complex Care or do you already hold this experience?
Complex Care Professionals is seeking experienced Support Workers to support a teenage girl in her own home.
We are looking for compassionate individuals who enjoy delivering one to one care and have a passion for working with children, while being able to build a positive relationship with our service user and her family.
*Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team*

Requirements: Children's Support Worker
  • Strong background in support work and social care
  • Confident working with challenging behaviour
  • Experience of working with children with Autism & ADHD
  • A genuine interest in childcare

Desirable:
  • Level 2/3 Childcare Diploma
  • Experience in specialist care for children with autism, learning disabilities, or complex backgrounds

Responsibilities:
  • Administering medication
  • Providing quality and consistent care to help meet social, emotional, and behavioural needs
  • Supporting young people to do their favourite things and to try new activities
  • Promoting child safety and welfare and working with relevant stakeholders to do the same
