Nights 8.00pm - 8.00am
Pay rate £14.57 - £15.69 (including uncapped holiday pay)
Do you have previous experience supporting a child or young person within a care setting?
Requirements: Children's Support Worker
- Strong background in support work and social care
- Confident working with challenging behaviour
- Experience of working with children with Autism & ADHD
- A genuine interest in childcare
Desirable:
- Level 2/3 Childcare Diploma
- Experience in specialist care for children with autism, learning disabilities, or complex backgrounds
Responsibilities:
- Administering medication
- Providing quality and consistent care to help meet social, emotional, and behavioural needs
- Supporting young people to do their favourite things and to try new activities
- Promoting child safety and welfare and working with relevant stakeholders to do the same
