Job Description:

As the Nanny/Household Manager Sidekick, you will join a family of superheroes with the motto "Be curious, be kind, and be hardworking." Guided by their mission to make the world a better place, your superhero responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality care and supervision for the four busy super kids.
• Assisting with homework and unleashing their power of knowledge and exploration.
• Transporting the mini heroes to their daily missions.
• Cultivating a peaceful and joyful home base and promoting hero values of kindness, respect, and empathy.
• Managing schedules and coordinating activities, encouraging curiosity and engagement with the world around them.
• Engaging in physical activities and sports with the kids, promoting a strong work ethic and teamwork.
• Overseeing household management tasks, from organizing the secret lair to ensuring nourishing meals.

Requirements:

To join this extraordinary superhero family, we believe the ideal candidate should possess the following superpowers:

• Experience: AT least 2 years of proven experience as a nanny/household manager with excellent references.
• Driving: A safe driver with a clean driving record and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Chaos Tamer: Comfortable managing multiple children and thriving in a busy, action-packed environment.
• Awareness: Understanding of diversity and the importance of fostering pride in uniqueness.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in childcare or related fields is a bonus.
• Health-Conscious: Committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and unleashing the power of physical well-being in the children.
• Bonus: Mastery of Twist outs and braids.

Schedule:

• Days: Full Time w/ guaranteed 35 hours/week, though often only 30 hours
• Hours: After-school hours till around 8:15 PM, Monday to Friday.
