An exciting opportunity has arisen to be involved in the development of Social Work Practice in Croydon. These roles are assisting the Principal Social Worker and the Consultant Social Work Practitioner in delivering excellent Social Work Practice and support to the Adult Social Care Workforce. The roles will be involved in multiple areas of work, some examples of which are below: - career progression, new starter inductions, practice development handbooks, exploring legal literacy, Equality and Diversity Work, Carers development work, case recording, auditing, developing practice forums/reflective supervision, coaching/mentoring, supporting development needs and other areas as needed. in addition to the normal Person Specification requirements, the following is desirable; Practice Educator (PEPS 1 or 2 ). Experience of working with NQSW's, and students. You will be joining a small, experienced, team seeking to provide high standards of provision to our social workers, students and other staff.
