Social Prescribing Administrator (Oldham)

The Role

This Social prescribing Administrator is the ‘glue’ that holds the Social Prescribing service together working between our clients, staff, and referrers from other agencies across Oldham. You will be the first point of contact into the service, and the ambassador for this and our wider Action Together Offer.

The ideal candidate

We are looking for…

  • Someone with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, who is naturally empathetic, inclusive, and driven by wanting to get the best for the people we work with.
  • Someone with great organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Someone who is skilled at using casework management databases and recording accurate notes.
  • Someone who can communicate with a range of stakeholders, including members of the public, our own staff and public services referring agencies from across health and care.

Salary: NJC Scale SP 7-11 (£22,369- £24,054 per annum)

Hours: 36 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Length of contract: until 30th June 24 (extension subject to funding).

Location: Oldham/ Hybrid
