The Role
British Vogue at Conde Nast Entertainment is seeking a social-media producer-editor to help create content and grow audiences across Instagram and TikTok. As part of the creative development team, this content creator role will work across existing Conde Nast Entertainment productions, as well as produce and capture content independently to build out a library of exciting, engaging social originals with the ultimate goal of growing audiences across various social media platforms.
A strong understanding of digital and social-media best practices, trends in interactive and digital storytelling are required. Candidates must have a keen eye for social visuals, experience with creating short form video content both on-the-fly and in longer-lead projects. Experience in content execution from nuts to bolts and a proven ability to communicate effectively and meet deadlines is a must.
What will you be doing?
Produce, shoot, and edit short form social video content both in the studio and on location
Develop, pitch and produce original, social-first series and stories within the home, travel and wellness categories for TikTok, Reels, and Instagram Video
Edit an existing library of longform video IP to produce short form videos optimized for a social audience
Actively participate in brainstorms for content
Assist in content calendar planning, logistics, expenses
Who you are:
1-4 years of experience in a social-media or digital-production role with a focus on content creation
Previous brand/publisher TikTok experience
Proficiency with Premiere and other Adobe editing tools
Motion graphics and/or illustration experience a plus.
Experience in home Beauty, Style and Fashion content a plus, but not essential
Deep understanding of the social media landscape
A willingness to experiment with best practices to find new and more effective tools for audience discovery and engagement
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Diligent attention to detail, experience in project management
Where will you be?
We encourage hybrid working but when you are in the office, this role will be primarily based in the wonderful Adelphi building with breathtaking views over the Thames and next to the hustle and bustle of The Strand. This is our London HQ and where members of our global teams sit enabling all of our award-winning content to be created.
