We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media and Online support for our part time position (ideal someone in a junior role).
What we’re looking for:
● Demonstrate an understanding in the management of various social media platforms managing multiple accounts.
● Planning and organisation skills.
● Personable and friendly demeanour.
● Strong attention to detail.
● Self-motivated. Highly efficient, with the ability to work well in a busy and fast paced environment.
● Italian native speaker preferrable.
● Strong English written and verbal communication skills. Other languages such as Spanish, French or Swedish will be a plus.
● Some Graphic design experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or other) (desirable).
The Role:
● Be reactive when responding to comments, questions, and re-posting on our national channels.
● Be the voice of the company so an understanding tone and feel will be essential.
● Drive engagement and growth on our key market accounts.
● Stay up to date with the latest trends in social.
● Engage and further build the already established online community.
● Report on the performance of campaigns and the growth of each social account.
● Collaborate with other members of the team
● Corporate email follow up and franchisee requests management
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From £11.00 per hour
