Job description
We are looking for a self motivated, savvy individual to become our Social Media Specialist creating impactful content and grow our social media presence.
You will be working on a Saturday to capture candid moments from our guests and staff in fun, innovative content for different social media platforms. It is an ideal opportunity to develop your portfolio and gain experience within a successful and supportive experiences business.
Key to your role is developing an innovative weekly plan for our social media which will deliver creative new content for the week ahead. In partnership with the Associate Director you will be responsible for the management of our social media platforms, responding to comments and messages with impeccable judgement. You will need to harness the whole tour team to help capture content and use editing and scheduling tools to create completed assets.
You will drive the expansion and engagement of our Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts along with setting up and creating a TikTok and YouTube account.
Key Skills and Knowledge:
- Reliable and resilient
- Social Media or content creation experience (required)
- Marketing knowledge or qualifications (desirable)
- Creative with a good eye for attractive content and trends
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Students considered where social media or marketing is relevant to the course
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Saturday evenings for content capture
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months
Part-time hours: 8 per week
Salary: £100.00 per day
