About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of Recruitment Marketing Specialists in the Employer Brand and Attraction team; part of the HR function, we work together to attract the best talent into the business via traditional marketing and digital channels. We are looking for a passionate individual to manage the planning, delivery and optimisation of our recruitment social media strategy, key responsibilities include:
- Development and ownership of the recruitment social media channel strategy across our current channels and any new platforms
- Managing the social media content calendar
- Management of paid social campaigns as and when required
- Sourcing and creation of engaging social media content
- Use data and insights to continuously optimise our social media strategy, including the creation of monthly reports
- Support the recruitment team and wider business with social media training and best practice
- Build and maintain relationships across the business to collaborate on campaigns and content
Hybrid working:
We offer our Support Office team members a flexible, hybrid working approach based upon empowerment, accountability, care and trust which includes a balanced mix of remote and office-based working - this will be discussed with you as part of the application process.
What you’ll need to have
- Experience with managing multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Strong communication skills - able to write engaging social media copy and engage stakeholders
- Passion for social media trends and creating high quality content
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to identify trends and insights to inform strategy development
- A collaborative personality - able to work as part of a close-knit team and partner with multiple stakeholders across the wider team
- A proactive mindset and able to work on your own initiative
It would be great if you also have
- Experience with using a social media management tool such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout Social etc.
- Experience with using the Adobe suite – Premiere Pro, Photoshop etc.
- Previous marketing experience
