About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of Recruitment Marketing Specialists in the Employer Brand and Attraction team; part of the HR function, we work together to attract the best talent into the business via traditional marketing and digital channels. We are looking for a passionate individual to manage the planning, delivery and optimisation of our recruitment social media strategy, key responsibilities include:

  • Development and ownership of the recruitment social media channel strategy across our current channels and any new platforms
  • Managing the social media content calendar
  • Management of paid social campaigns as and when required
  • Sourcing and creation of engaging social media content
  • Use data and insights to continuously optimise our social media strategy, including the creation of monthly reports
  • Support the recruitment team and wider business with social media training and best practice
  • Build and maintain relationships across the business to collaborate on campaigns and content

What you’ll need to have
  • Experience with managing multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
  • Strong communication skills - able to write engaging social media copy and engage stakeholders
  • Passion for social media trends and creating high quality content
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to identify trends and insights to inform strategy development
  • A collaborative personality - able to work as part of a close-knit team and partner with multiple stakeholders across the wider team
  • A proactive mindset and able to work on your own initiative

It would be great if you also have
  • Experience with using a social media management tool such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout Social etc.
  • Experience with using the Adobe suite – Premiere Pro, Photoshop etc.
  • Previous marketing experience
