A new and exciting opportunity for a Social Media Marketing Manager with some Customer Service experience to join a great team of people working for long standing and reputable group based in Newburn, Newcastle upon Tyne
As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for creating engaging content for all of our social media platforms, including running our Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and Instagram campaigns, and writing content for our website. You will also keep up to date with and adapt to current trends, as well as scheduling, and managing paid advertising in order to drive growth across all platforms. You will also liaise with our sales team to gain an understanding of weekly/monthly trending products.
The ideal candidate will have a creative mind and can keep our social media tone of voice fresh and relevant. You will be driven with a desire to succeed, have a passion for social media marketing and can attract and interact with target audiences by creating engaging content.
Previous experience in online marketing including SEO, adwords and online PR preferred but not essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their online marketing career in this area who wishes to secure a role in a well-established organisation with ample opportunities to expand their skills.
This role will be primarily home-based, however you will be required to attend our office on occasion.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
