WHO ARE WE?

White Rabbit Projects support partners in creating bespoke, best in class hospitality experiences. We are currently partner with hoteliers to operate their FB offerings within a handful of hotels, such as the Rusacks in St Andrews and the Randolph by Graduate in Oxford.

Being a fast-growing hospitality business, it’ll be no surprise that we want to present ourself to the outside world in the best light. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Social Media Marketing Executive to create eye-catching social media campaigns, and support the Marketing team with administrative tasks.

WHAT ARE MY MAIN DUTIES?

You’ll be tasked with:

  • Management of the outlet websites to ensure all information is up-to-date and content is engaging and on brand.
  • Create various forms of social media content, such as text captions, videos and images, suitable for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Write basic copy for Social Media content and newsletters, websites and press releases with the support of the Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure correct distribution of marketing collateral and tools to each site and be a brand custodian for our outlets.
  • Be an on-hand support for photoshoots and liaison with external photographers.
  • Support the Marketing team with data, analytics, and administrative tasks.
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns, reporting results and monitoring of competitor activity.

WHAT DO I NEED?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience of marketing/communications in a hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work with creative tools like Indesign or Canva.
  • Competence with all Social Media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
  • Awareness of hospitality market trends.
  • Ability to manage many projects at any given time, and communicate effectively and efficiently.
  • Hospitality experience recommended.
