We are currently recruiting for a Spa Receptionist / Attendant for our 4 Red Star L’Horizon Hotel and Spa in Jersey, the hotel boasts an extensive spa and leisure club with multiple restaurants and luxurious bedrooms. The hotel is located in an idyllic beach front location.
About the role:
- As Spa Receptionist / Attendant you will be responsible for maintaining the standards of cleanliness and general appearance of the spa and leisure club, alongside the Spa Manager.
- You will assist with opening and closing the spa ensuring security and health and safety procedures are adhered to all times.
- Maintain good knowledge of the spa and health club policies and procedures.
- Take bookings for the spa and leisure club, ensuring revenue maximisation is achieved.
- Offer a friendly and warm experience to all our guests and spa and leisure club members at all times.
- Managing and host the spa reception desk, dealing with enquires face to face and over the phone in a professional manner.
About you:
- You’ll live locally and have entitled or entitled to work status.
- You’ll ideally have previous experience in a similar environment and role in a spa or leisure club or as a receptionist.
- Most of all, you’ll have a friendly, welcoming and genuine manner.
- You’ll be passionate about making our guests feel at home and will develop a thorough knowledge of our hotel products and services including the spa.
- You’ll feel comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- You’ll be excellent at building a rapport with new and returning club members and guests.
- You’ll take pride in your appearance, as the face of Hand Picked Hotel.
