KOKORO is a Korean Japanese hand-made sushi and hot food takeaway restaurant. Having opened its first branch in Kingston in 2010 the company has grown to have more than 60 branches across the UK.
We have established our brand for affordable high-quality sushi as a trendy fast-casual Asian restaurant franchise. We are currently looking to recruit a Social Media Marketing Assistant; you will have responsibility for promoting and strengthening our brand using social media platforms. You will also provide support to develop social media strategies and create captivating content for the company’s social media sites with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To assist in managing and creating content for the company’s multiple social media platforms, which includes writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content
- To assist in promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation’s brand and social media strategy
- To assist in setting goals for campaigns, keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns
- To work with other departments to ensure branding is consistent
- To monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts
- To schedule social media posts using applications
- To stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital strategies
- To assist in developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to a brand
Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with social media development strategies and online content marketing
- Photo and video-editing skills
- A high level of attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
- Skills to analyse and monitor trends in the market
- Self-motivation
- Problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in marketing and promotion
· Degrees in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration
· Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
· Willingness and ability to travel

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
