The Role
We are now looking for an exceptional Marketing, Social Media and Photoshoot Manager to join our team. You must be creative, forward thinking and up to date with the ever-changing developments and trends in social media and digital marketing. We’d love someone who is ambitious, brimming with ideas and looking for a role they can really get their teeth stuck into for the long term.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategy to raise brand awareness and customer engagement
Monitor analytics, track performance and develop/evolve growth strategies accordingly
Set up and manage effective reporting processes on social media and campaign activity
Align with and uphold our brand voice to write captivating copy
Creation of all social media content across all used channels
Monitor trends across social media platforms
Research potential of channels not currently utilised
Come up with new and creative topics to write regular blog posts
Seek new ways of growing and interacting with our email list with regular newsletters, product updates, launches etc.
Creative product photoshoot concepts and shoot management, working closely with director
Manage image files and keeping website galleries and portfolio updated
Contact industry colleagues and clients for image galleries where our products have been used (wedding planners, photographers, brides/grooms etc)
Liaise with our customer service and sales manager on product promotion campaigns
Keeping catalogue updated
Seek PR opportunities
Develop SEO to improve online ranking
Experience and Skills
A minimum of 1 years proven experience in similar marketing, social media role
Proven experience delivering engaging campaigns, including strategy, content creation, audience profiling and targeting, growing engaged communities, trend analysis, reporting and identifying opportunities for growth
Experience of developing photoshoot concepts and managing shoots end-to-end
A keen eye for detail with excellent copywriting skills
Confident verbal communication skills
A deep understanding of social media analytics – why posts do or don’t do well and adjust strategy accordingly
Passionate about social media and marketing, taking pride in keeping up to date with industry practices and trends
You are naturally creative, always coming up with fresh and unique ideas
You are a positive, friendly, and confident person with a strong desire to be an integral part of driving the growth of a small business and becoming a long-term part of the brand family
Experience in events, particularly weddings, an advantage
Location: Petersfield, Hampshire.
This is a hybrid role with a combination of working from home, and from the Director’s home office. You must therefore be able to easily travel to Petersfield as needed.
Job Type:
Permanent, part-time at first. Possibility of expanding to full time role.
Hours:
8-12 hours/week, with view to increase as we grow
Flexible hours, mostly between Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Very occasional weekend work may be required
Salary:
£24,500-£28,275 per annum, pro-rata DOE
