Overview:

Scott's Personal Training is a rapidly growing fitness business that provides a high end one on one Personal Training service. We are located in Kew, in a residential part of London on the river Thames, opposite Kew bridge, next to the new Brentford football stadium and part of the old Kew bridge station building. We have been open since November 2018 and become very busy in this time, especially since growing the business post covid.

We are seeking a highly organised and self motivated Social media marketing/Administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, experience in social media marketing, experience with ActiveCampaign, experience in sales and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, managing and monitoring social media marketing
  • Capturing content with pictures and videos
  • Following up leads to make sales
  • Tracking KPI'S
  • Monitoring client base
  • Responding to emails and maintaining email correspondence
  • Responding to phone calls
  • Organising and maintaining files and records
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and events
  • Providing general administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in social media marketing
  • Experience in administrative duties
  • Experience in sales
  • Experience with ActiveCampaign
  • live within at least 1 hour of travelling to our gym at Kew Bridge
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Passion for health and fitness preferred

The candidate will need to be available onsite for at least 10 hours a week with the potential for more hours, especially as the business grows. The days and times these hours are distributed can be negotiated.
