We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team and help us create and maintain a strong online presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online visibility and reach. This includes creating content, managing posts, engaging with followers, monitoring analytics, and identifying opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, an understanding of the latest trends in social media, and a passion for connecting with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns.
- Create content for social media channels, including blog posts, videos, images, and other forms of media.
- Monitor and respond to customer comments and inquiries on social media channels.
- Analyse social media data to measure the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that social media content is aligned with overall marketing objectives.
