As a Social Media Manager, you’ll work alongside our design, community, influencer and senior teams on social media content & strategy across our client portfolio. You’ll be a creative and social media expert, creating captivating content for a range of beauty & lifestyle brands.
You’ll be responsible for developing content strategies and ideas that build on current social trends all the way through to execution of creating & editing content, ultimately ensuring it all aligns perfectly in terms of audience, voice and values with our
client’s goals.
You'll be…
- Lead & manage implementation of a proactive social media strategy for clients across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube; ensuring strategy aligns to the client’s goals & requirements.
- Lead & manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube, ensuring cadence and comms aligns with client marketing calendars & priorities
- Bring best practice & establish best in class processes to managing clients effectively to deliver their goals
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients at all times
- Experience working as a Social Media Manager ideally within an agency environment.
- Exhaustive knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
- Experience in a client facing position, happy to present to key stakeholders.
- Experience of content creation and happy to be the face of the brand if needed.
- Thorough knowledge of social media and e-commerce analytics tools.
Salary: Up to £40,000
Logistics: Remote with co-working days every week/other week in London.
