Job Description: Are you a social media guru with a passion for women’s health and the ability to communicate vital medical information in a clear and engaging way? If so, we want you to join our team as a Social Media Manager for our Medical Doctor! In this role, you will play a crucial part in raising awareness about menopause-related issues, educating women about their health, and building a supportive online community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance the online presence and reputation of our Menopause Clinic.
  • Create and curate engaging and informative content related to menopause, women's health, wellness, and patient success stories.
  • Manage and schedule social media posts across various platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, questions, and messages from patients and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with our medical professionals to create content that educates and empowers women during menopause.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in women's health and menopause care to ensure accurate and relevant content.
  • Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers and partners in women's health to expand our reach.
  • Assist in developing promotional campaigns for menopause-related services and events.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient privacy standards in all social media activities.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field, but not necessarily.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to transform medical information into engaging content.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Passion for healthcare and a commitment to patient education and well-being.
