We are looking for a talented Social media manager to manage our social media accounts by creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. Ideal candidate should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement social media marketing strategy for the company’s brand

• Build and maintain social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) by generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

• Researching social media trends and audience preferences, monitor traffic, and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities

• Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs, report on ROI

• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Requirements and skills

· Proven work experience as a Social media manager ·

Hands on experience in content management

· Excellent copywriting skills

· Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

· Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

· Knowledge of online marketing channels

· Excellent communication skills

· Analytical and multitasking skills

· BS degree in Marketing or relevant field (Preferred but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
