Job Summary:
We are looking for an Influencer Supervisor to join our team, which is a new role. You will join the Disney+ team as someone that loves streaming great TV and has an appreciation for pop culture. You will join as a member of the broader comms, social and influencer team in a role that will manage and coordinate influencer campaigns for Disney+.
Working in a close-knit team, your role is responsible for the day to day management of influencer driven campaigns from early planning to execution, to drive awareness of our brand and titles to our target audiences.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities
Build and maintain the day to day of Disney+ ambassador programme, working with our marketing and comms team to support our priority titles, driving conversation around our service and titles.
To create an industry leading ambassador programme which drives fame for the brand and an engaged community
Use creative campaigns which can live beyond influencer channels, contributing to integrated campaigns and concepts that align with broader marketing functions
Manage our appointed agency, including budgets, projects and campaigns
Act as a brand champion for Disney+ to the influencer community in turn creating authentic advocacy
Uphold best in class influencer marketing standards, considering best practice in markets across EMEA and tapping into the latest trends where suitable
The Experience We Require From You
You can demonstrate experience working in entertainment influencer marketing, managing multiple ambassadors / campaigns simultaneously
You are comfortable working within a large, matrix’ d organization with established business processes as well as with agencies, creative teams and senior stakeholders
Writing briefs for influencer agencies is second nature to you and you are powered by the data and the personal approach – appreciating that one size does not fit all
You are tuned into the community, to hear what they're looking for and how we might better reach our customers through influencers
You will relish opportunities for test and learn using your understanding of analytics and KPIs to drive innovation
A fantastic understanding of industry standards and legal regulations which apply to influencer marketing
You live and breathe social media. Influencers are a part of your DNA and you’re always up to speed with the hottest trends, emerging talent and platforms. You’ll enjoy developing your experience across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter.
You’ll have a fantastic black book of creators and well established relationships within the industry
You are passionate about great TV – across genres, and are able to channel this into your work being consistently curious and looking for ways to innovate
A background working with a streaming service or media company would be preferred
