About The Role
Based in Bristol, and part of the Ecommerce Team, this newly created role of Social Media Executive is an amazing opportunity for someone ready to show their skills and help us drive our Social Media offering forward across all platforms.
You will be the driver behind impactful and creative content that grows and develops our Social Media presence. Reporting directly to the Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing the social media content and acquisition strategy for both organic growth and paid advertising campaigns. We’re looking for someone with a passion for original and edgy content, alongside an analytical mind-set to drive commercial results in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, create and post innovative social media content to increase engagement and brand awareness
Manage the day to day running of all our social channels
Create, deliver and report on paid social media campaigns
Stay up to date in responding to social trends, updates and marketplace content
Communicate and interact with customers in a way that represents our business values
Analyse data to derive meaningful insights from social media metrics
Identify creators, influencers and be proactive in partnership development
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience and knowledge using a variety of social media channel including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
Demonstrable experience of successful organic and paid social media campaigns
A self-motivated, highly organised, and detail-oriented creative thinker
Working knowledge of the Adobe suite
Enthusiasm to develop interesting copy, videos, infographics and more
Experience using analytical tools such as GA/GA4 and Meta Insights
