Job Title: Social Media Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at TripSupport. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, managing our social media accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube), and driving engagement with our audience. You will also play a key role in executing influencer marketing campaigns to expand our online presence and reach new audiences. Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute an effective social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube to drive brand awareness and engagement.
· Manage and maintain our social media accounts, creating engaging and shareable content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
· Collaborate with influencers and execute influencer marketing campaigns to reach new audiences and drive brand exposure.
· Create successful social media ad campaigns that will generate sales/leads.
· Analyze social media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing objectives.
· Engage with our social media community, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
· In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube…), best practices, and trends.
· Experience with executing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong creativity and ability to generate engaging content.
· Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.
