Transform Personal Training is one of the fastest growing fitness companies in the industry specializing in helping individuals achieve their physique goals.
We are rapidly hiring individuals to add to our sales team to grow our online fitness department. This role is a critical piece of that process.
Fitness Experience is a plus.
Social Media Messenger - Responsible for generating sales calls for online fitness clients via various social media and communication channels.
Duties:
- Responding to prospects in chat software, social media accounts, and email as needed.
- Scheduling a consultation between the prospect and our sales representatives.
- Keeping detailed logs and reports of contacts made.
- Following up with prospects who have showed interest in the past
Qualifications:
- Must be able to type 45 WPM or more
- Must be experienced at navigating website pages and quickly identifying information
- Must have social media experience
- Must have effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly
- Detail oriented and customer-focused
- Possess critical thinking skills
- Career-oriented and professional
- Experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service associate is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
