Social Media Manager:
Join our team as an Assistant Social Media Manager and help The Retro Exchange grow and preserve pop culture memories through your skills in social engagement and photographic and film creativity! As a cornerstone of our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to weild your abilities in video editing and photography, along with digital marketing, and e-commerce, showcasing the latest and greatest icons of multiple generations! Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback.
- Respond to customer inquiries/interactions and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Use analytics tools to track social media performance and provide data to team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,TikTik, etc.
- Proficiency in video editing software and photography tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
