We have a unique opportunity to manage and develop a brand-new division of our business! We are recruiting for a Head of Operations to take the current function to the next level. Bring together the individual teams into one enhanced and dynamic super team.
This is a vibrant and energised position that will scope out the future of the operational function. Taking ownership of our operations, planning, delivery and outcomes of all projects. You will drive change, lead the team to scope new best practices and operate at these demanding levels.

About the day to day
Managing daily operations of the company to ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
Review and design the key performance indicators for all operational activities and reporting this at the senior management team meetings.
Ensuring quality standards are maintained within all aspects of the Operations Department.
Leading the conduction of regular performance reviews and identifying areas where improvements could be made.
Identify the future structure and team developments – recruit your team.
Oversee day-to-day operations, to ensure all operations are planned and carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective way.
Manage key contracts & relationships with suppliers and the installation teams being their first point of contact to ensure an effective service to all.
Provide support, mentoring and advice to team members to generate and maintain motivation and morale.
About You
Proven experience with leadership and management of both office and trades teams, to ensure cohesions and success.
Experience leading an operational function going through development and change.
Design and deliver challenging targets, motivating teams to gain buy in and setting up teams for success.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
Clear communicator comfortable with direct conversations, outcome focused and positive.
