As a Social Media and Community Manager at The Padel School, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, fostering community engagement, and growing our brand awareness.
In this role, having videography skills and graphic design skills are essential, as you will be creating engaging visual content and enhancing our online presence.
Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase followers across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create and curate compelling content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, to engage and educate our target audience.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally, and foster meaningful interactions with our followers.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates to maximize our social media presence and performance.
2. Community Building and Engagement:
Develop and implement strategies to build a strong online community around The Padel School, fostering a sense of belonging and engagement among our audience.
Plan and execute community engagement initiatives, including contests, challenges, and user-generated content campaigns.
Identify and collaborate with key influencers, partners, and industry professionals to amplify our reach and build strategic relationships.
Monitor community feedback, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the team for continuous improvement.
3. Content Creation and Curation:
Utilize your videography skills to capture and edit videos showcasing padel tennis training, coaching sessions, and promotional content.
Create high-quality and engaging content tailored to different social media platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and messaging.
Utilize your graphic design skills to create visually appealing graphics, images, and other assets.
Curate relevant content from external sources, industry influencers, and user-generated content to share with our audience, providing additional value and variety.
4. Social Media Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and native insights.
Monitor campaign effectiveness, engagement levels, and audience sentiment, and provide regular reports to the team.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies, identify areas for improvement, and recommend new initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, branding or photography/videography is a plus.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or similar role. Videography skills and graphic design skills are essential for this role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple social media platforms and community engagement initiatives effectively.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and trends.
Excellent written communication skills.
Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
Passion for padel tennis or sports is a plus.
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
