Job Description:
Tattoo Workshop is a distinguished tattoo studio located in the vibrant heart of Brighton. We are seeking a proactive, organised, and passionate Part-Time Tattoo Studio Manager to become a part of our dynamic team.
This role involves managing the front desk, ensuring seamless operations two days a week and crafting engaging, viral content for our social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and welcome clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage appointments and artist schedules
- Upkeep a strong social media presence through posting stories and documenting engaging, exciting content
- Maintain shop cleanliness and presentability
- Clinical cleaning of tattooing equipment
- Assist in inventory management and order necessary supplies
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Address complaints or issues with professionalism and patience
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Craft and post engaging content across our social media platforms to boost traffic and brand visibility
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and DMs promptly, and analyse metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Demonstrated experience crafting engaging, viral-worthy content for social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools for scheduling, inventory management, and social media management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest or experience in the tattoo industry.
- Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment.
