We are currently seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to manage all social media channels for
the company. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth through brand awareness and
lead generation campaigns on social media platforms. You will also be responsible for producing innovative and
creative ideas for posts and stories to drive follower engagement and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all social media channels for the company ensuring that content is in line with the Marketing Strategy.
  • Communicate the social media content across all platforms to ensure the narrative is consistent with the
Spitfire brand to drive growth through brand awareness and lead generation campaigns.
  • Create new, innovative, and creative ideas for posts and stories to drive follower engagement and drive
growth.
  • Digital content creation - with strong editorial and copywriting skills.
  • Production of video content (reels, stories etc).
  • Produce copy that is optimised for specific platforms and channels.
  • Publish digital content to branded channels including YouTube, LinkedIn, Web.
  • Plan and schedule digital content using online publishing tools to deliver the day-to-day execution across all
channels.
  • Maximise social growth to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Create internal guidelines on how staff can better execute their personal social media to advocate the brand.
  • Manage the Sales Director’s LinkedIn profile activity, creating relevant copy and posts to support brand
awareness.
  • Working alongside the PR team, have an understanding on how to elevate LinkedIn to reach a B2B audience
through thought leadership, influencer and advocacy.

  • Actively seek opportunities to engage with other industry related content, forums, posts etc. across all
channels to promote the Spitfire brand.
  • Monitor performance of content assets, to further optimise and improve.
  • Coordinate quantitative and qualitative performance of marketing activities to identify opportunities, trends,
insights and influencing strategies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador visiting events, product launches, expos, seminars to film and deliver compelling
content across all social channels.
  • Proactively engage on relevant Social Media content

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience in digital content creation with strong editorial and copywriting skills.
  • Experience with creating and producing video content (reels, stories etc).
  • Proven track record of growing social media presence and driving brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications, internet service provision or Internet of Things industry is a plus.
  • Occasional requirement to attend pre booked exhibitions, events.
