Social Media Manager
Salary Range: £27,000 per annum
Working hours: 40 hours per week (typically 9-5pm, Monday to Friday)
Location: Greater London (Zone 1-9) and Remote
We want a self-starter who proactively loves sharing new ideas and who has their finger on the pulse of all things social in the beauty & fashion space.
* Content Creation: high quality, creative, aesthetic imagery (stills & video)
* Social content planning: Lead on planning and implementing an organised social calendar. Able to proficiently edit content using software/apps such as InShot, Final Cut Pro/and or Adobe
Premier Pro.
* Collaborating closely with the team to manage and plan commercial and organic moments.
* Work closely with the creative team to develop our visual flighting, asset and copy briefs for each post.
* Reporting: Lead on our weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, social media analysis and performance, and presenting learnings and insights
* Community Management: Day-to-day community management across platforms.
* Publishing: Publishing across key social channels as required with meticulous attention to detail at all times.
* Innovation: Staying on top of current trends in social media and contributing to platform strategy evolutions and campaign development.
* Research: Supporting the social team with early-stage campaign prep and concepting research.
Essential Experience and Skills:
* Credible experience in Social Media Marketing and Community development ideal.
* Proficient with major social media platforms - particularly TikTok and Instagram, and direct usage of social media management tools
* Desirable to have experience executing creative social media campaigns.
* Desirable to have a Media or Creative related qualification.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to plan, organise and prioritise. Work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to adapt, interpret, prioritise and deliver actions promptly with a sharp attention to detail.
* Confidence to go out and shoot content on location.
* A team player who demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn; enthusiasm and time management is a must
* Desirable to have a genuine interest in beauty, skincare & fashion.
