Our company is seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Assistant with Social Media/PR skills to join our team. As a Commercial Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial activities while also taking charge of our social media presence to promote and enhance our brand awareness both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the commercial team in managing day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination of commercial activities, such as sales, marketing, and logistics.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other business documents for internal use
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
- Implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage with the target audience
- Monitor media coverage and online discussions, and prepare reports on industry trends, competitor analysis, and public sentiment.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, PR practices, and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a commercial or administrative role, preferably within a sales or marketing department.
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different channels.
- Solid understanding of PR principles and practices, including media relations and brand management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and analytics tools.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
