We are currently working with a hybrid working model, where there is the option of working from home combined with 4-12 days a month of working in the office.
About this role
We want to see a world where no young person feels alone with their mental health. Join us as our Social Media Assistant and play a vital role in achieving our vision.
Working alongside a dynamic and brilliant social media team, your main priority will be to monitor our channels and notifications, respond to comments and direct messages, and signpost our audience to support if they need it.
In addition to community management, the role will play a key part in supporting our Senior Social Media Officer to create a wide variety of content for all our channels, this could include making videos, writing copy and creating graphics.
You will also monitor our social media inbox and work closely with our youth engagement team to source a variety of stories for our content.
About you
The successful candidate will:
- have experience of social media community management for a brand (which can include a personal brand)
- be able to create high quality social media content across all channels
- be able to provide high level customer service and build a rapport with our audience
- have a willingness to follow safeguarding procedures and processes and an understanding of the approaches taken
