What we are looking for:
As a social media manager, you will work within a growing marketing team. You will be responsible for scheduling, managing, and engaging on the social media profile of our CEO and ROCK brand profile. You will also support with digital campaigns (paid) and assisting with the delivery of creative assets to support organic and paid campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Update social content calendar and scheduling all social content across multiple platforms.
- Increase organic social media following and engagement with specific strategies for each platform.
- Engage, comment, and interact from social media profiles.
- Writing captions, responses and social media content.
- Work with wider marketing team to produce photos/video creation and all assets for campaigns.
- Produce reactive content based on social media trends and algorithm changes.
- Collaboration on larger campaign and content ideas.
- Use data and analytics to track performance.
- Monitor competitor activity online.
Essential experience, knowledge, and skills:
- Experience using the following social platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok on a professional level or on behalf of a person of interest.
- Excellent written skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy, especially in spelling and grammar
- Confident liaising with key stake holders
- An eye for good images and videos
- A keen interest in social media trends and algorithms
- Great communication skills both in person and online
- Highly organised, focused and able to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast pace demanding environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually on tasks
- Motivated and keen to progress
Desirable skills:
- Experience using scheduling tools such as Hubspot, Buffer, Hootsuite etc
- Experienced with personal branding.
