Deputy Manager Permanent Contract (40hrs each week)
Must be fully flexible and available to work Monday to Sunday.
Must be available to work Saturday and Sundays.
Must be available to work different shift patterns ranging fromearly start of 0700am to support delivery and later shifts until store closing.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join Flying Tiger Copenhagen - Cardiff St Davids Centre!
A Deputy Manager at Flying Tiger Copenhagen is accountable for the day to day running of the store and managing the store team. They work in partnership with their Store Manager to develop a fantastic team and to ensure the store operates to its full potential whilst delivering a professional, friendly and timely service to our customers.
A Flying Tiger Copenhagen Deputy Manager is both motivational and practical. They have good business acumen, are results driven, a confident decision maker and have a real understanding of what makes a store profitable. They have fantastic people skills, are flexible and positive in their approach, empower others and have excellent organisational, operational and stock management skills.
