The role

Reveri is seeking a dynamic and highly creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating compelling content, monitoring online conversations, analysing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our marketing objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of various social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing Reveri's channel, content, and always on social strategy across core channels including instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit
  • Manage social channels day to day, ensuring we are optimising content, learnings and data as we review engagement, and building supporting strategies alongside this
  • Driving the content creation, production, copy, and approval process across channels (from corporate positioning on LinkedIn, to viral consumer content on TikTok) to ensure there is a steady drumbeat and visibility of Reveri, specific to each channel's format and user-base
  • Analysing engagement data, identifying trends in consumer interactions and planning creative, and digital campaigns to build community online.
  • Fostering meaningful relationships with the online community by actively engaging with followers, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • This individual will have a perspective and strategy for influencer marketing and understand / be able to activate influencer amplification of Reveri, in partnership with broader social channel planning
  • Implement strategies to grow and nurture a loyal and engaged social media following across each channel
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are aligned with broader marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand social media assets.
  • Work closely with our Community team to address customer inquiries and concerns raised through social media channels, and partner with community to ensure our members, and stories are front and centre of our channel strategies (specifically instagram)

Requirements

  • You have proven work experience as a Social Media Manager role.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective best practices, and the latest trends.
  • You are proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have strong creative thinking and content creation abilities.
  • You are capable of multitasking, prioritising, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • You have experience in using social media to support brand building and lead generation.
  • You are mission driven.
  • You have a passion for well-being and mental health spaces.
  • You have experience working in cross collaboration and creative teams.
  • You have strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of various aspects of business and the ability to adapt to various business scenarios effectively.
  • You are an avid first-hand user of mobile applications, constantly updated with the latest market trends, product and feature launches.
  • You operate well in a fast-paced environment with the ability to be scrappy and resourceful to get more done with less.
  • You are self-organised, analytical, and pay attention to detail.
  • You constantly seek to improve yourself across all aspects of your profession.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both in writing and spoken English, and are able to dispel analytical findings in a compelling visual way.

  • Base salary = £40-50K dependent on experience.
