Pay: $25 to $29 per hour, depending on experience

Work Location: One location

job Duties Include: **

• Daily data entry
• Entering invoices into Accounting system (100+/day)
• Sort, code and match POS
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Prepare and perform check runs (checks cut weekly)
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Reconciling vendor statements
• Filing
• Upload fuel usage report
• Reconcile credit card accounts
• Assist with DMV & Fleet issues

Desired Qualifications:

• Two years of AP or General Accounting experience
• Excellent customer relations, problem solving skills
• Highly detail orientated with strong organizational skills
• Be able to work independently and be self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent communication skills, written and Verbal
