Pay: $25 to $29 per hour, depending on experience

Work Location: One location
job Duties Include: **
- Daily data entry
- Entering invoices into Accounting system (100+/day)
- Sort, code and match POS
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Prepare and perform check runs (checks cut weekly)
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Filing
- Upload fuel usage report
- Reconcile credit card accounts
- Assist with DMV & Fleet issues
Desired Qualifications:
- Two years of AP or General Accounting experience
- Excellent customer relations, problem solving skills
- Highly detail orientated with strong organizational skills
- Be able to work independently and be self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent communication skills, written and Verbal
