As the social media and Office Administrator you will be working 40 hours per week Monday- Friday. You will be focused on progressing the social media strategy and develop plans that drive engagement and revenues as well as acting as the main administrator on all social networking accounts alongside, general admin duties in our office. Do you have experience in a social media marketing capacity? Experience in administration? Excellent attention to detail? If so, then this is the role for you. This role would suit candidates who have worked as an administrator, marketing, marketing admin, media student, media marketing.
The Successful Applicants role will be;
· In-depth knowledge of social media (theory and application) and a proven ability to devise and drive strategies and tactics across a variety of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
· Experience of devising and implementing successful paid campaigns
· Excellent presentation and consultative skills, able to influence, advise and build relationships with clients, colleagues and third-party providers.
· Excellent writing and content creation skills across channels, from tweets and blogs to client and campaign proposals.
· Proven experience in managing social media platforms for businesses, preferably in the construction or historic restoration industry.
· Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
· Managing our subcontractors list
· Helping to organise the Survey Calendar and scheduling staff surveys.
· Collating and filing paperwork.
· Providing exceptional face to face and telephone customer service
· Produce Survey Estimates and invoices.
· General Receptionist Tasks (answering phones, taking messages)
· General Secretarial skills (taking minutes, producing documents)
· Office administration (ordering supplies, organising jobs)
