We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Social Media Manager to join the Central Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the group’s social media output and implement a strategy that supports organisational goals around brand awareness, traffic growth, customer retention and ticket sales, while looking to grow key metrics around engagement levels.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Develop a clear and targeted strategy, producing engaging content, analysing usage data, growing community engagement and managing projects and campaigns.
- Support in setting up and developing new social media channels as and when the business requires.
- Work closely with key sponsors and partners to activate their sponsorship and deliver maximum ROI through social media support.
- To drive admissions and hospitality by generating and implementing promotional ideas and campaigns and developing commercial partnerships with partners and sponsors.
- Use the appropriate mediums to grow awareness of ‘YourVenue’ – the events side of the business (including golf, hotels and events).
- Develop compelling, channel appropriate content including copy, images, graphics and video and working with other in-house colleagues, agencies or freelancers where appropriate.
- To review and utilise any confirmed entertainment to inform and maximise the content marketing plan.
- To develop an analysis and reporting ‘dashboard’ to monitor the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Use data-driven growth tactics to increase social engagement and audience.
- Work closely with 3rd party agencies to support the paid media strategy across social media.
- Investigate e-commerce opportunities across relevant platforms
- Analyse competitor activity
- 2+ years of experience in social media at an executive level
- Extensive social media experience, with a focus on leading growth
- Experience managing budgets.
- Track record of developing and executing social media strategies
- Experience setting and tracking KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent organisational, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of social media marketing regulations and best practices.
