As the Communications and Social Media Content Creator, you will have a hand in bringing our corporate identity to life both online and offline.
Working within the Corporate Communication department, you will be responsible for creating communication and marketing material which will be used both internally and externally.
From videos, to images, to graphics and written content, we are looking for a creative with a passion for visual brand identity. We won't need you to think outside the box, because we're counting on you to create a new one.
If you're organized, enjoy creative freedom, and are ready to roll up your sleeves from conceptualization, and strategy, to design development and finalization, this is the job for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Be a part of the planning and execution of communication strategies for internal and external facing projects.
- Support brief creation or design requirements that are in sync with our company culture, messaging, and established timelines.
- Create videos and animation, catchy and informative verbiage, engaging social posts, etc.
- Create or assist in the creation of social media campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, intranet content, etc.
- Propose innovative and creative design concepts and copies that showcase our corporate brand and bring our ideas to life.
- Act as an internal and external brand guardian by producing content that aligns with our company values, culture, and vision.
- Bring social and engagements concepts to life from A-Z, from creating and supporting project briefs, to creating design concepts and ideation, to finalizing our vision.
What you'll need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or similar or relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience with content creation in the technology space.
- Creative visual and verbal storyteller
- Understanding of industry trends and today's creative landscape; how users engage with content, marketing trends, etc.
- Strong ability to propose creative visual and written propositions and solutions, with excellent spelling and grammar skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional skills in photography, videography, and editing.
- Creative and innovative branding and graphic design style.
- Understanding of typography, design, composition, color, layout, and content strategy, with the ability to bring brands to life.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience collaborating with cross functional teams to identify opportunities, improvements, and objectives .
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
