In a nutshell
This is a fantastic role if you love Social Media, are passionate about brand communication and want to help build and nurture our community of eco-conscious parents. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for executing our Social Media strategy, including managing the calendar, delivering day-to-day content, analysing account growth and user engagement to inform strategic planning, and managing relationships with influencers, collaborators and affiliates.
Essential skills
Social Media
- Minimum 2 years experience managing social media channels (current focus on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest).
- Develop and implement an inspiring, fun and engaging social media calendar that incorporates our content plan.
- Build brand loyalty through genuine, caring communication via social media comments and direct messages.
Content
- Fluent English speaker with exceptional copy writing skills who can maintain a consistent brand tone of voice, balancing friendliness with professionalism.
- A great eye, with the ability to curate compelling content from internal and external sources that brings our products to life whilst communicating our ethics and brand values.
- Creative thinker who can contribute innovative ideas to strategy sessions.
Influencers, Affiliates & Collaborators
- Identify relevant influencers, bloggers and content creators and develop strong relationships with them.
- Organise monthly giveaways, collaborations and partnerships with other brands.
- Manage our affiliate program including payments.
Analytics
- Measure, evaluate and report on social analytics data, identifying and tracking relevant social media and community KPIs to continuously improve engagement and growth, and inform strategic direction.
- Strong working knowledge of GSuite and Meta Business Manager.
Nice to have
- Experience with a Social Media scheduling platform e.g. Planoly.
- A knack for taking great pictures and creating engaging gifs /reels for Social Media based on brand guidelines.
- Insight into Millennial and Gen Z behaviours and attitudes.
- Previous experience in brand and consumer marketing.
- Knowledge of adobe photoshop and illustrator.

- This can be a remote role, but we would require the team member to come to our Brixton office for a monthly marketing meeting and attend photo shoots and team meetings every few months.
