Job description
Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across all company social media platforms.
This includes:
- Managing the company's social media accounts and creating and engaging content to attract and retain followers.
- Monitoring and analysing social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Identifying and engaging with influencers and key industry players to expand the company's reach and reputation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve social media strategy and performance.
- Developing and executing a global social media strategy and adapting it to the local market.
- You'll be working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing trends and technologies.
You will have;
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably with a luxury brand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and project management abilities
- A deep understanding of social media platforms, their audiences and best practices
- Experience with social media management tools
- Experience in creating and implementing global social media strategy
- A creative mindset and ability to come up with new and engaging ideas for content.
