About the team
We’re an energetic and creative marketing team, who work to deliver amazing customer experiences for our QuickBooks accountants and bookkeepers across the country. We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about social media marketing, content development, learning and creative problem solving. You’ll be involved at every step of the projects you're working on - from gathering insights, brainstorming, creative execution to launching awesome campaigns.

What you'll bring
- Qualifications you’ll bring:
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree or postgraduate program in a related field and be able to work from September 2023 - December 2023.
- Highly detail-oriented and pay close attention to the specifics of problems, questions and projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills; great attitude and go-getter spirit.
- Strong passion to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to ask for help when needed, while taking steps to problem solve independently.
- Curiosity in social media marketing strategy.
How you will lead
- How you’ll lead:
- Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager, Accountant & Tax Segment to deliver the accountant digital strategy.
- Manage editorial calendar for owned social channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver social assets
- As required, drive the development of accountant-specific content, or repurpose content from other teams for accountant channel
- On a monthly and/or campaign basis, support Digital Marketing Manager with gathering data for social channel reporting for distribution to stakeholders
- Support Digital Marketing Manager with website-related projects
- Present program results to stakeholders in Sales and Marketing
- Participate actively in team events, both on and offsite
Please note that we are a hybrid team, and the candidate is expected to be in office twice/week.
