Objectives for IMBC
- To help maintain IMBC as Britain’s No.1 Craft Beer Event
- To continue IMBCs aim to be open, inclusive, innovative and progressive
- To deliver successful social media campaigns, breaking down the barrier between the consumer and producer
- To maintain our friendly and open persona with Brewers and online audience alike, and ensure IMBC remains a key fixture in every breweries schedule
- To help deliver a profitable Festival.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver all major announcements to include pushing ticket sales
- Manage the positive impression of the festival and the IMBC brand through tone of voice and timely, quality management of the online community
- Respond to relevant trends and themes tying them into IMBC campaigns with input from Festival Team
- Coordinate list of locations of participating bars for the IMBCity Fringe event programme
- Produce social media reach report post event
Onsite duties and responsibilities
- Point of contact for beer list changes onsite
- Develop and deliver festival messages once Festival live
Other responsibilities
- To undertake any other tasks reasonably commensurate with the job role.
- Attend meetings with production staff to ensure awareness of festival as a whole
EXPECTED DATES
1 day a week from April - Sept
2nd - 5th Oct: Set up Days
5th - 8th Oct: Festival
16th - 31st Oct: 1-day a week - Post event activities
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Freelance
Contract length: 7 months
Part-time hours: 8 per week
Salary: £5,000.00 per year
