- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging, innovative, and high-quality content that aligns with our brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
- Schedule and publish content on social media channels, ensuring consistent and timely updates.
- Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback.
- Engage with our online community by initiating and participating in conversations, addressing customer concerns, and fostering positive relationships.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for personal or professional purposes is desirable but not compulsory.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and concise content.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and photo/video editing software is a plus.
