Salary – Up to £35,000 Per Annum + 10% Annual Bonus
Location – Northampton / NN3
Role Type – Full Time / Permanent / Monday – Friday / 9-5

The Role
This social media specialist position centres around enriching digital presence. In this role, you will implement comprehensive social media strategies to amplify the brand, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic to digital platforms. Your work will span across creating and curating engaging content, including text, images, videos, to actively managing social channels and fostering community relationships.
You will also conduct detailed research on social media trends, use analytics tools to gauge success metrics, and compile reports for management. A significant part of your role will involve team collaboration to ensure tone of voice is consistent across campaigns. Additionally, ensure compliance with social media-related legal requirements, and manage advertising campaigns for optimum ROI.
Essentials
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and emerging platforms.- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills to create engaging content.
- 2-3 years in a similar role
It would also be handy if you have automotive industry knowledge, basic photo or video editing skills, experience in Facebook advertising, building carousels and boosting ads although none are essential!
