Conexus Recovery & Field Services Ltd provides specialist Field services to our clients across the Utility and Banking Finance Sectors. Conexus Recovery & Field Services is looking for an Admin Support Officer to assist in our quality team for Maternity Cover to complete daily/weekly call reviews within the call centre to ensure staff adhere to our quality standards.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has a good eye for detail and most importantly, fantastic communication skills. The ability to manage, your own workload and ability to prioritise is a must.
This particular job role will focus on quality call reviews, creating reports and feeding back to team leaders and management. You will be provided with full ‘on the job’ training and support. Previous experience is not essential, however having a quality assurance and business support background would be an advantage.
General Duties:
- Others tasks may also include but are not limited to loading, maintaining and monitoring accounts.
- To be successful in this position, the candidate must be results oriented, highly organised, be respectful of confidential information, have the demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize workflow, skilled at conflict resolution, and be self‐motivated.
Primary Responsibilities (but may include other duties):
- Completing daily/weekly call reviews on Call Centre staff ensuring all staff adhere to our, and our client quality standards.
- Communication on behalf of Company ‐ Prepare and/or edit internal and external documents such as spreadsheets for a variety of tasks and mass emails.
- Organize meetings / greet clients and visitors to the office.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative position preferred but not essential.
- Strong PC skills i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook. Knowledge of Excel is critical.
- Extremely detail oriented / ability to recall information quickly, and ability to effectively prioritise workflow.
- Capable of multi-tasking.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and have a good telephone manner.
- Must be able to work on their own but seek guidance when needed.
- Ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative and be proactive.
- High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
- Candidate must be friendly, personable & able to build harmonious working relationships with clients, co‐workers & the public.
- Work well within a team environment and adapt to the changing needs of the business.
- Professional with a positive and pro-active attitude
Salary: From £20,500 – increasing to £21,000 after probation period.
