The role

As a social media manager you will be leading on content planning and creation, delivering the brand's voice to the wider audiences.This role is vital to the organisation; you'll be collaborating with in-house and external key people to bring our brand, our values, and best babywearing practices to life online.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day content calendar
  • Collaborate with external content creators
  • Write engaging copy on a regular basis
  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial and Branding teams on the planning and delivery of brand campaigns & creation of assets.
  • Analyse data to continuously improve our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and Youtube).

About you

  • Experience of content development and social media campaigns management across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and Youtube.
  • Proven ability in using data, insights and social listening tools to improve and optimise social performance.
  • Experience working with, and managing influencers.
  • Experience working for baby brands / with babywearing products.
  • Basic video editing to create assets that are social media specific.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, extra languages are a plus.
  • Exceptional storytelling and copy writing.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at the same time
  • A creative person who is culturally aware and generates innovative content, campaigns, ideas and strategies.
  • Positive approach, good communicator and a team player.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva

Duration: this role is a 6 months contract, ideally starting in April

The recruitment process: first, you will have a 20 /30 minutes call with a member of our talent acquisition team. If the outcome is positive, you will speak to the hiring manager for a 45 minutes video interview. You will then be asked to work on a case study to present in a 60 minutes interview with the hiring manager and a member of the team, and will meet with a senior member of Heroes' team for a final 30 minutes chat.
