Snug Hospitality is an ambitious hospitality operator creating comfortable, warm, and cosy pubs around Norfolk. Established in 2020, we acquired our first venue in May 2021 and now operate 6 venues with more in the pipeline. The Role

We're looking for a Social Media & Content Co-ordinator to join our small office team. This is a hands on role working with the Group Marketing Manager, you'll be tasked with creating & scheduling engaging content, developing & designing POS for display around our pubs, designing adverts and assets to support sales and owning our digital footprint by updating content on websites and bookings & review platforms.

Each of our pubs has a different concept, serving different customer profiles meaning they each use a different strategy, design scheme and tone of voice, whilst working towards the same goal. Additionally, the nature of our business can be quite reactive, and therefore the idea candidate will need to be agile and able to respond quickly, whilst working towards a longer term goal.

We are able to offer more hours to the right candidate who can bring more of our outsourced services in house due to their skillset.

You will be required to be based out of our office in Aylsham, ideally over 4 days a week however the days you choose to work are flexible across the whole week. One day per week should be dedicated to content creation visits to our venues whilst the other 3 are in the office.

The Person

We're a small team, so above anything it's important you enjoy working with people and can have fun. Alongside that we're looking for:

  • Content creation skills - graphic design & photography
  • Understanding of social platforms
  • Awareness of customer profiles & trends
  • Ability to plan and work to deadlines
  • Some paid advert experience would be advantageous

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
