Job description
We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media & marketing strategy, creating engaging content and managing our online community. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a fun, fast paced work environment.
This role will suit someone who enjoys using social media and understands the potential impact it has on the our customers. if you have a passion for social media coupled with experience in influencer marketing, this could be the role for you.
The successful candidate will enjoy working independently but also, as part of a large and diverse team.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 1 years experience in Social Media and/or marketing, with a keen interest in social growth and engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best practice.
- Knowledge and experience with paid marketing across a range of platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and edit video content using a range of applications.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and undertake multiple projects simultaneously, quickly identifying issues and recommending solutions.
- Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and to work independently.
- Ability to plan and prioritise tasks and adhere to brand design guidelines.
- Good analytical skills with ability to analyse and report on social media metrics.
- Innovative and creative thinking prepared to express opinions and provide insight during Creative Team Meetings.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Photography editing and retouching experience
- Knowledge of Video software such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro
Personal Attributes:
The applicant must be able to display that they are:
- Competent in interpreting a brief and presenting ideas/options.
- Up to date with latest trends in a range of social media platforms.

Salary: £21,500.00-£26,350.00 per year
