Location: Sybil Andrews Academy, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Job start: September 2023 or earlier
We are looking for a Head of School to help lead Sybil Andrews Academy to further success, as it moves into its next stage of improvement and growth. You will support the Trust Executive Headteacher to lead in the day-to-day leadership and management of the school. As Head of School, you will lead and oversee all aspects of school management, including line managing Deputy Headteachers and Middle Leaders. You will report directly to the Trust Executive Headteacher and support them in developing and achieving your vision for school improvement.
You should have leadership experience with a track record of developing teachers and staff at all levels, forging excellent relationships and securing outstanding outcomes.
This is a rare opportunity for an existing Headteacher to further their development as part of a forward-thinking MAT or a Deputy / Assistant Headteacher to benefit from our supportive model to move into their first headship role.
