Job description
We have a great opportunity for a Social Media and Marketing Executive to join our busy team.
This position can offer hybrid working for the right candidate but the ability to visit all sites will be required. A driving licence is therefore essential. The main on-site work base could be at our Vauxhall dealership in Scunthorpe or our dealership at Suzuki in Boston.
This role is full-time but part-time may be considered for the right candidate (30 hours+)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute result-oriented marketing campaigns across various channels to promote our products/services and drive lead generation.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness, followership, and user engagement.
- Monitor automotive social media trends, analyse performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement to optimize our social media strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design eye-catching visuals and multimedia content for marketing campaigns and social media posts.
- Assist with maintaining our company website, ensuring content accuracy, SEO optimization, and a seamless user experience.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with existing customers cross Sales and Service.
- Utilise social media automation tools to streamline our social media calendar and enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing.
- Prepare regular marketing and social media reports and presentations on marketing performance and present findings to management.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and paid advertising within those platforms.
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools and analytics software.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- An interest in all things motor-related would be advantageous!
